Training Graduate Students to talk with faculty about writing

Just came back from an impromptu meeting with Randy DeSimone. He showed me a writing assignment he gives. Clearly he drank the cool-aid. He says it all goes back to Toby Fulwiler and the workshop he did here years ago. Interesting to think about how we get faculty members to drink the cool-aid or not. Faculty in other disciplines who have had their teaching transformed by process pedagogy and those who have not. How do we get faculty to change their orientation towards writing and then to change their actual classroom practice? Now there is a question worth asking and looking into...
